Overall very good. Shank in very good order, some wear to maker's mark, but other hallmarks good. Diamonds good. Expected signs of overall light wear consistent with age and careful use and this is also evident on the softer emerald stone which shows the usual light abrasions to the facets and some pitting when viewed under x10.
